						Recent Review: When we first moved in the place loked fine. I guess it always takes you a little to really notice things. The pain is so cheap that getting our furniture moved in left the walls scuffed and you can't clean it because the paint comes up and leaves the wall marked! There is evidence of shoddy workmanship all over the aparment. Example: I recently leaned against the wall which caused a hole to open where it had apparently been improperly patched before. The plummers are good, but the same can not be said for the rest of the maintenance staff. It all looks fine until you take a close look. In the time we've ben here there was a car vandalized in the lot and we had a car stolen.

						Recent Review: The property was taken over by a new management company, Keystone Realty.They refuse to perform routine maintenence.We had to personally replace the refrigerator as it was not cooling our food (therometer provided this information).During the winter the apartment was cold-below the city regulations.We lodged a complaint with the city after waiting three weeks for Keystone's resolution to this issue.They added insult to injury in August of the following year when we received a bill for the nonexistant repair of the heating situation.It is difficult to prove an apartment is cold in summer and it has been several months since this issue occurred.If neccessary, I may be contacted to verify the accuracy of this information.
