 When we first moved in the place was great. But since the ownership has changed all of our maintenance requests have been ignored. Our mail box has been broken for 8 months and we've had mail stolen because of it. They've made improvements to the outside, but anything a prospective renter wouldn't see gets ignored.On the plus side the neighborhood and people who live there are nice.
