 This place has made many cosmetic improvements over the last few months, but the negatives still far outweigh the positives. The office staff is perhaps the worst I've ever experienced. Unconcerned about loud neighbors who violate the terms of their lease agreement, and the manager is extremely rude. It's quite clear the only thing these people care about is collecting rent. I've had numerous conversations with other tenants who feel the same way, and most agree that they will not renew their lease.The office staff alone has convinced me not to renew, but their are plenty of other problems. The ceilings and floors are VERY thin, and you can basically hear everything that goes on in the apartments above and below you. Terrible noise. Alliance has decided not to air condition the hallways (which are dark and dirty) so it gets extremely hot. The previous company who owned the Terrace kept them at a comfortable temperature. The pet waste stations used to contain bags to pick up waste, they have been empty for almost a year - when Alliance took over the Terrace. Yet the office still has the audacity to post letters on all of the doors complaining about pet waste and threatening fines.

Just save yourself time and look elsewhere, you'll be much better off.
