						Recent Review: I have never been so horrified with an apartment. We live in building 1029. We rented the apartment over the internet - BAD IDEA! When we got to this state and saw what we signed a 1 year lease on we were so upset. Tons of kids were playing all along the steps. They give you a card to get in the door but people keep it propted open anyway. People always call at all hours of the night for you to let them in the front door. Here are things that happened the first few months we lived here: 1. Kids set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. This happened several nights in a row. It still continues, but only a couple of times a month. 2. There were drunk people passed out in our elevator 3. The elevator never works. 4. There was blood all over the elevator buttons. We no longer use our fingers to push any of the buttons. 4. Has to be section 8 - no need to elaborate. 5. The hallways stink of strange foods and sometimes urine. 6. A guy parked in my underground parking space and I reported it to the office. They suggested that I a woman go to this mans apartment and take care of it myself. 7. The lights haven't been working in the garage - it took my husband who is a federal officer 4 visits to the office to get this done.I strongly advise NOT moving here. Pay the extra $200 to get something nicer.

						Recent Review: I moved here before Archstone became management. I have watched a steady downhill march on the quality of life here. The present management ALLIANCE is GOD AWFUL. A rude manager. The grass is weedy. There are drug dealers here. The halls are filthy. While the apartments are roomy and spacious the rest of the place is sliding downhill.Patched walls, Dirty carpet. Chipped tile in the foyer. No ceiling panel in the elevator.Dog crap everywhere.Window screens never fit if they are replaced. On top of it I pay more than anyone. They have lowered rents because they are dumps. DONT MOVE HERE. IM stuck due to personal reasons.
