| This apartment is pretty nice for the rent, but there is definitely a mouse problem.I've spotted two since I moved in3 months ago and have had similar complaints from other tenants. The maintenance is okay (pretty fast on reponse) adn the water pressure is lovely. The kitchen leaves much to be desired.Our kitchen had no window and was very small. The walls have at least 20 coats of paint on them and are cracked, bubbling, and peeling in many places.Even when we painted in here it didn't do much to hide the state of the walls. There are hardwood floors throughout, but one of the boards in our apartment caved in in the entryway and has yet to be replaced.
