 If you're planning on living in Evanston, you're either a college student or a very rich middle-aged professional that didn't do his or her research.Overpriced?Hmmm, how does paying $1050 for ONE bedroom sound like to you?Utilities included?Dream on.Tiles peeling off the floor and you want it fixed in a week?Hahahaha... try 5 weeks.The folks at Parliament will be very professional in asking you for money, but when it comes for that deposit refund to come around, suddenly it's phone-tag time.They conveniently lost my forwarding address, didn't bother to return my messages, but they did remember to send me a smug memo about how it is my moral obligation to the next tenent to clean my apartment before I move out.GOOD TO KNOW YOU'RE LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR TENENTS.
