 3 bedroom, one large bdrm, 2 good sized bdrms. Carpeted, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, AC. Clean. Slow on fixing repairs. Nice tree-lined street. Parking in back included. Not more than a block from the el (blue line). Rent as of Aug. 2003 $1200.
