Recent Review: The apartment building is ran off of hard water.There are numerous insects in the apartment and a few small roaches.I've never seen anyone here spraying for pests in my time living there.The landlord is a very cheap person - he pretty much refuses to do any updating (i.e. not repair holes in screen door/window, fix seals around window/door, replace old rundown/worn carpet).The walls/floor are very thin, everything can be heard.Apartment building was built in the 80's and most of the stuff inside and out is orginal. Hallway carpet has numerous stains (some of it is even blood I think)I would look someplace else before renting here or from the landlord who owns the building for that matter.
