Recent Review: If you are looking for an apartment in the Gurnee area, skip PEMBROOK CLUB. I moved in about 3 months ago and am actually considering paying the 3 months plus sec dep penalty to get out early.The walls and ceiling are so thin that you can literally hear people in the unit above you urinate! Over the winter, the windows were in such bad shape that ice accumulated on the inside. Furnace is loud and runs continuously because unit looses heat so quickly. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!
