Recent Review: Americana apartments has the worst customer service of any apartment on the northshore.First of all- they are not forthcoming about ammenties, services or otherwise.They will not furnish you with the name of the manager of the leasing offices. They will not let you speak to the manager of the leasing office.Infact, there is a gentleman in the leasing office at Americana apartments that will cuss you out to your face.My theory behind these apartments lack of customer service is jealousy. None of the employees of this apartment or their sister property actually live on the northshore. They live miles away, sometimes hours away. They have no vested interest in maintaining the property or acting professional.It's pathetic. I would not live here if you paid me to.
