| Recent Review: | | The leasing office people provide the worse service and are very rude. They will lie and pin things on you. When we first were looking at the apts theysaid we will get the first month rent free but after signing the documents, they said it is not written in the documents and we had to pay the rent for the first month. Also the parking garage is the ugliest thing and people scratch on the cars and the leasing office dont take the responsibilty and say that its your fault. Also everyone in the leasing office give different random prices on the garage parking and other things and later they pin extra charges on you. The apartement is the worst apt I have lived in... you rather pay a little more and feel safe and get better service at another apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | If You Wanna See A Ghetto Look In Hoffman Estates @ Autumn Chase Apartments. This Place Is NASTY! The hallways are dirty and smell like pee almost all the time. It's VERY old and the walls look terrible they're to LAZY to take their time to patch the holes and sand paper the walls.This place should be burned to the ground. The office sucks exspecially STEVE (property manager) Teresa Too!! If you're on the first floor and people above you have NO RESPECT! THE PARKING IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! There's resident stickers but there's NOT a purpose for them. The office act like they care abut your needs but they honestly don't! They raised the rent on us almost $100 more a month when I was told they wouldn't do that unless there was another 9/11. I've been here 2 yrs now and this place has changed because of the new property manager being money hungry. Look around first before renting here, it would be a HUGE MISTAKE!! Also People with kids SEX OFFENDER LIVES HERE!! Maintenance enters your apartment without your okay! |

| Recent Review: | | I have completed a lease at barrington lakes in hoffman estates il. This has been by far the worst place i have ever stayed. I have far too many complaints to list and it is becasue of rent.com that i found it. I want to bring this property to peoples attention, and warn them what a waste it is. very loud, no parking,terrible office people, very rude and spitefull.lots of theft.if you live here dont expect to keep things of value.what a crap hole. look at other ratings sites |
