 Timber Oaks is a nice place to live overall.The property is kept well maintained and problems are dealt with promptly.The spaces are the largest and with the most reasonable rent in Lake County.Train is close and convenient.Have not experienced any crime.Quiet town really not much to do.The brochure claims to have volleyball courts, but they are nowhere to be found.Staff is nice and helpful.Seems to be a wasp and flying insect problem at some of the buildings.Also the property management team, Cunat, is completey unflexible on lease terms.MAKE SURE YOU INTEND TO BE HERE A FULL YEAR, NO MORE
