 If you want a place quiet don't go there.Not enaugh parking place for all the resident.If you have 2 cars you have to pay a garage for you're second car or live it at the office every day!!!You pay a permit for the city of Lakemoor every year.If you are staying on the fisrt or second floor and you have a disturb neabor over you, don't expect the office to take care of it.You have to call the police. I live there 6 months and that was enaugh!They don't send you you're final contract lease before it ends so wach out for you're 60 days notice or you gone louse you're deposit...
