| Recent Review: | | customer service is very poor. the apartments are not maintained. the maintenance is pretty clueless. For example: the outside lights on the stairs and parking lot have been off for 7 days. I called and expressed my concern that this was a severe safety issue, as you can not see going up or down the stairs, or in the parking lot. they said they would take care of it today. but of course they didn't. no one ever does what they say here. and they raised my rent $60 when the man across the hall (same size and style unit) already pays $40 less than me. |

| Recent Review: | | THE OFFICE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND INHOSPITABLE. THEY'RE NICE TO YOU UNTIL YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE AND THEN THEY REVEAL THEIR TRUE COLORS.THEY PROMISED US A LEASE EXTENSION AND LIED. NOW, WE HAVE NO PLACE TO LIVE.THEY TOLD US WE CAN IMPROVE ON OUR LAWN AND LIED. NOW WE HAVE HUGE HUMPS OF DIRT ON IT.THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE BEER CANS, CIGARETTE BUTTS, AND DOG EXCRETIONS, AND THEY'RE STILL THERE.THE OFFICE STAFF IS IN DISARRAY---DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PUT UP WITH A LESS THAN STELLAR RESIDENCE. |
