| Poor Maintainence:*Takes 3-6 months for request to be fullfilled (if not longer)*Unkept Landscaping (what little there is)*Overflowing gutters (we call them our flower boxes)*Flooding patios when raining*Electrical problems in units*Plumbing problems in units*No snow removal on walkways and sidewalks Security:*Security Lights are not ever in working condition (including front/back porches)*Neiborhood hangouts located in the gangways of buildings(non-residents/area hoodlems)*Poor Parking lot lighting Owners/Office staff:*Discriminate against children (no childrens toys are allowed in common areas - playsets, sandboxes, skateboards, etc.)*Insufficiant time frames for notices on new rules made*Property manager will not directly speak to residents to work out any problems/issues that need to be addressed - no compromising*New management unwilling to listen to the long time residents suggestions/comments Prices/Rent:*High increases with each new lease signed DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! |
