 Recently under new management this complex says all the right things a tennant would want to hear.How they're going to make all these changes and make the place nicer to live.However, this management company is no better than the previous one in that they make a lot of empty promises and never back up what they say they're going to do.In addition the office staff is extremely uncooperative and unprofessional especially if you were to have a problem with your lease, etc.In addition, they apparently let just about anyone live there as the quality of people has gone way downhill.The bottom line is that despite how this place may look from a grounds standpoint, the fact of the matter is that residents don't pick up after their dogs, often use the grounds as a garbage dump and often times the police and/or fire departments are here on a regular basis.You could find a much nicer place to live than here.DON"T waste your time or money!
