| Recent Review: | | Recently under new management this complex says all the right things a tennant would want to hear.How they're going to make all these changes and make the place nicer to live.However, this management company is no better than the previous one in that they make a lot of empty promises and never back up what they say they're going to do.In addition the office staff is extremely uncooperative and unprofessional especially if you were to have a problem with your lease, etc.In addition, they apparently let just about anyone live there as the quality of people has gone way downhill.The bottom line is that despite how this place may look from a grounds standpoint, the fact of the matter is that residents don't pick up after their dogs, often use the grounds as a garbage dump and often times the police and/or fire departments are here on a regular basis.You could find a much nicer place to live than here.DON"T waste your time or money! |

| Recent Review: | | Excellent work out room and indoor outdoor pool facilities and hot tub sauna etc..Sets it apart from the many apartments with only 1 very small pool and exercise room.Great location for Oakbrook/Schaumburg or Naperville commuting.Staff is friendly and you get to know your neighbors via activities like beach volleyball etc.My only concern is occasionally some units can be loud if located near college students. But, most are quite pleasant and the residents are quite diverse. Thus, the name international village. |

| Recent Review: | | Good location but thats about it.If you want to find a parking spot, you better be home by 10PM.Also, car break ins are known to occur here.Also, air conditioning and heating are suspect.Also, utility bill amounts are suspicious.Is that enough warning for you? |
