 It was 2 years ago that the SQUIRRELS CHEWED A HOLE THE THE CEILING OF OUR APARTMENT.The management of this apartment complex do not belong in the management or hospitality business.To our knowledge, they do the bare minimum to keep their business out of lawsuits.They took no action when we complained of squirrels scratching and running along the ceiling tiles of our apartment builing.They actually were convinced that people in the building had LET THE SQUIRRELS IN ON PURPOSE.We notified them, after three months of complaints and plenty of time to fix the problem, that we would be moving out.They kept our security deposit and are trying to send us to collections for breaking the lease.This management company will never see a dime from us.If anyone has had a similar problem, is interested in filing a class-action lawsuit, or has been wrongfully deprived of their security deposit or other funds, pleasecontact us soon.jjcrouch@hotmail.com
