At this point I can only say, friendly staff. The management team has been by far the best I've ever dealt with. The area (Mt. Prospect) has turned GHETTO GHETTO GHETTO. On my floor, 8 mexicans in one apt, 15 in the next and about 20 in the other. They plug the security locks to let their cronies in. They take their trash to the dumpster and throw it on the ground instead of the IN the EMPTY bin. Because of that I had cockroaches in my apartment, and the bug man they hired sprayed one, yes ONE corner in my kitchen. After that I STILL had cockroaches. Rats outside. If you wanted to move to Mexico, I'd save your money and move here, I hope you know your spanish. You have to fight for parking. The hallways are dirty, walls and carpets, maybe cleaned 2x a month. Parties til ungodly hours and the beer cans Tecate/Corona are dumped on the ground and in the stream. I had been sick and from 10pm to 130 am had to listen to bumpin spanish music from a car with its windows open and NO ONE in it, the second time I went out I found the owner and chewed him out.The apts are decent size and very clean when you receive it. The staff is the GREATEST...but thats about it. | | | | |
