| Recent Review: | | the buildings are very depressing to look at. Maintenance ignored for three months my broken dishwasher. parking is a nightmare. The office staff is bitchy and condecending. They changed the lease term on my signed paperwork from eight months to nine months. Lied to about renewal rate (I was told it would remain at a fairly reasonable 800 per month they upped it to 850). The buzzer system never really worked. Laundry room in basement other residents saw as more of a shopping experience. the only good part was the friendly and hard working cleaning staff. |

| Recent Review: | | THE APARTMENTS ARE SMALL, NO FORMAL DINING AREA, OR ROOM IN THE KITCHEN FOR A TABLE, SO PEOPLE WITH KIDS REMEMBER THIS.THEY ALLOW DOGS OF ALL SIZES AND BREEDS.PARKING IS AMPLE, UNDERGROUND GARAGE SPACES ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, $100 A MONTH CONSIDERING RENT IS HIGH FOR THE AREA.YOU DO HAVE A 24 HOUR POOL, JACUZZI AND FITNESS CENTER, THAT IS STILL NOT WORHT THE RENT HERE.THE AMENITIES ARE MEDIOCRE AT BEST.THE BUILDING IS NOT DOES NOT HAVE KEY CARD ACCESS AT ALL DOORS WHICH IS NOT FAIR FOR EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING.THEY ALSO OFFER EXTENDEN LEASES, FROM 6-24 MONTHS OR MAYBE 18 MONTHS. |

| Recent Review: | | I love the complex as a whole but the managment needs improvment. When you are contemplating moving in they are friendly and great to work with. If you make a late payment on anything (rent, utilities, etc..) they turn jeckl and hyde. send you rude threatening letters, "lease violations for things that dont pertain to your lease" and such. anything they can do to get you out. renter beware. |

Good neighbors,large apartments, friendly staff, clean and tidy grounds.Oh what a difference a year makes...Suddenly,high incidences of vandalism in parking lot. Windows broken,stereos stolen, lights not replaced,dark parking lot!. Cars being worked on,with stereos full blast for houre at a time,with no assistance from staff. Call the police is the common reply. maintenance issues require several trips to make it right. Snow removal on walks,slow..interior walks, not at all!. Police used to just cruise through, now there on a regular basis.Tennant quality fastly deteriorating...unsupervised kids of often absent single parents have nothing to do but get into trouble atother tennants expense. If you like loud music, kids on skateboards that think theyhave the rightaway ,damaged cars,unsecure doors,high gas bills and numerous unsupervised teen at your swimming pool, rent here!otherwise, $1000.00 a month rent will be wasted....look elseware......BEWARE |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for two years and I have to say that it has been the worst experience of my life.The management is two-faced.They are famous for saying "We'll have someone look at that tomorrow."Two months later, the problem is still not fixed.Amy is a b*?@! on wheels and Stacy is only there when she wants to be.The tenants are rude and the hallways smell of burnt curry because the tenants keep their doors open to air out the house (doesn't anyone use windows anymore?).Parking is absolutely awful.Most of the cars that are parked in the resident lot do not belong there.The groundhog comes out more than the person in charge of towing does.A lot of people chose this apartment because it's right next to the train station and they don't want to pay parking.Well, save the rent....just park in the resident parking -- everyone else does.Nobody uses the garbage dumpsters.They just throw their trash in the general area and walk away.I would move, but I am saving for a down payment on a house. |

| Recent Review: | | Extremely large apartments-didn't find anything else this large. Loads of closet space. Very nice remodels of well build apts. Buildings about 30 yrs old. Nice pool. Very quite surroundings. New management, real nice people, willing to work with you. Lots of pets! |
