| Recent Review: | | I think it is a shame that we the residents of Waterford Green Apartments have to resort to writing letters to the owners to voice our concern on issues such as moldy tile or pool hours but that is what I get told by the office staff here. I dropped off a letter addressed to the owner at the begining of the month voicing my concerns about having to pay a fee to use the pool and fitness room. I was told by the office that the fitness room was open til 10:00pm but the pool closed when the office closed. Well I happen to work during the times the office is open so I do not get the privilege to use the pool even though I paid a fee to be able to use it. Then I was told they are considering closing the indoor pool when the outdoor pool opens, I think that sucks since the only hot tub in the facility happens to be connected to the indoor pool, which means we wont be able to use that either. Waterford Green Apartments has no intention of doing anything concerning the clubhouse hours until more people write letters to the owners. Please write a letter to the owners so somebody will be able to justify why we the residents, who have to work during the same time the office is open, have to pay the clubhouse fee for something we don't get to use. For those of you that are looking for the amenities such as a indoor pool & fitness room I would pass Waterford Green Apartments up when looking in the Naperville area to rent. |

| Recent Review: | | We have been living here for a little over a year now and really its overall been a good experience. The Apartment is really good. We have a one bedroom. Problems I guess were initially when we first moved in the carpet was filthy but they were pretty punctual to get cleaners to re-clean the carpets again. If you're lucky you might get an apartment in which they newly changed the carpets. Now that's a blessing. And its wuite spacious, love the breakfast bar, the fireplcae was great during the winter, having a washer and dryer in the unit was really a blessing (water bill no more that $22-26). Overall a nice place and the people ar pretty sweet. I maybe had one run in but that was taken care of so quickly that we haven't had a problem since. If you decide to stay here, i think you'll enjoy it. |
