 Park Terrace Apartments is a horrible living experience.When the people above you turn on their water you can't hear your own T.V., let alone think.The hallways are usually filthy, and the security doors are always broken. The apartments may be reasonably priced, but it's not worth the hassle. I actually got stuck in my building because the security door was broken.Maintenance did not return my call until 4 am! Don't rent from this apartment unless you are extremely desperate.
