| Recent Review: | | We lived with flooding there, mold growing, we had the health dept. out, they wouldn't let us break the least yet they refused to fix it. One of the times the upstairs tenant's bathroom flooded & our ceiling broke thru and floodedwith water, our batshroom was unusable. Maintenancewaited 2 days to come out, dry vac'd it & let it sit,with holes in our ceiling, plaster dropping everywhere andthey wouldn't do anything about it.When asked how we were supposed to shower, we wereasked if we really needed to shower. We were also toldif we had to go to the bathroom, to "just" go up the streetto the gas station.Horrible place, I tell everyone about this place and not torent for them.We did break the lease and they didn't appreciate that. lolWho cares?? |

| Recent Review: | | Within 1 month of living in Glenbrook apartments, my airconditioner went out, and my dishwashwer would repeatedly flood. There were smells coming in from all around, the neighbors would cook curry and you could smell it in our apartment. It took them about a month to fix the air conditioner and about the same time they finally decided we needed a new dishwashwer. On top of these issues, the parking was horrible, and dangerous alot of the times. The bathroom door didn't close most of the time b/c of swelling in it, and the bedroom doors wouldn't close all the way b/c of the carpeting.They were always very nice in the office though. |

| Recent Review: | | the neighborhood is nice and that is about it.. the mangement is horrible they never fix anything correctly.. the young girls who manage it are to busy using the vacant apartments for whatever they choose.. I will be discreet.. they use flat paint so if you touch the wall you cant wipe it off the carpet is all stained the appliances are old and they refuse to replace them old as in 1984 old the ceiling is falling water leaks everywhere the ceilings are damaged they dont take care of the property at all and the managers are rude and careless they are supposed to be open till 5 m-fi have tried to call and go up there anytime between 4pm and 5 pm the door is locked no one answers the phone or the door nor do they return your call until 8 days later...BEWARE OF THESE APTS>> unless management changes and they also change their ways out here I will be moving when the lease is up.. |

| Recent Review: | | Just moved in and find that many things are not working. Air Cinditioning is not working, Garbage dispensor not working and some bulbs are fused.Try to contact with the Apartment Management but they are very slow in response and nothing is fixed until now. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Timberlane for almost two years.I live in the newer apartments on the third floor.My apartment has cathedral ceilings and I love it!The apartment is very clean and painted in neutral colors... not stark white.The rent includes a washer and dryer in each unit, water (wash 10 loads of laundry every day... it doesn't cost you more!), and heat (gas).Timberlane also provides cable TV and high speed internet access for an additonal low monthly charge.They have a very nice pool and work out facility free of charge.If there is something wrong in your apartment, the maintenace team is very quick to respond.The grounds are also well maintained and kept green all summer long!It's a great place to live!! |
