 We lived there for a year. During that time, there was a 2 year old baby killed and tossed in the dumpster, a woman shot and killed by an ex husband, my car was broken into and the stereo was stolen, and my other car was keyed. At the same time, there were many families, and we had two kids. Most of the time the place seemed ok, but there was this undercurrent of crime that just made the place scary. On top of that, the neighbor's garbage used to come through our kitchen sink. It was quiet however.
