| Recent Review: | | You get a great apartment, completely redone with hardwood floors, new cabinets etc. But if a problem arises or even a question comes up, the onsite leasing office has the worst customer service around. They do not document your calls as to questions etc. I wanted to buy out of my lease and the paperwork was not delivered to my door when it said it was going to be and the buy out amount wasnt listed on the form either. They do not return your calls. I left 4 messages and still did not recieve a call back. If you decide to go to the corporate leasing office, they tell you to call your on site leasing office. If you are willing to deal with bad customer service with the leasing department, then by all means, rent at this location. |

| Recent Review: | | We lived there for a year. During that time, there was a 2 year old baby killed and tossed in the dumpster, a woman shot and killed by an ex husband, my car was broken into and the stereo was stolen, and my other car was keyed. At the same time, there were many families, and we had two kids. Most of the time the place seemed ok, but there was this undercurrent of crime that just made the place scary. On top of that, the neighbor's garbage used to come through our kitchen sink. It was quiet however. |
