						Recent Review: Very drafty, poorly maintained apartment (I had a broken screen/storm door the entire 15 months I was there).Broken items were hard to get fixed.Plumbing bad (leaky pipes) & toilet problems every few weeks.Several maintenance people while I was there.Things never got fixed satisfactorily.Drafty apartment with poorly fitting doors & windows.Appliances older & didn't work well.

						Recent Review: I've been there 2 months and can't believe the luck I had in locating this complex.My apartment is a 2 bedroom corner unit overlooking the pond with large shade trees surrounding my building.It's beautiful.The grounds are some of best kept in all of Chicago and my unit was like brand new the day I moved in.A wonderfully quiet and well maintained place to live.
