 This place is becoming a run down dump!There is crime to the building on a regular basis.The elevator system is never working properly as there is constant vandalism.The locks on the entrance doors were vandalised.The people in general don't care anymore about the building and it is reflectd in the trash shut backed up all the time, paper and candy and beer bottles in the halls, smashed in the parking lots.Now you can't have company unless they are willing to walk from the pre school lot across Kristin Drive.That should tell you there are too many cars per apartment, thus maximum people living in an apartment not just family.Example if you have a 3 bedroom you can have 6 cars... thus 6 different people living in the apartment.This is a big building so you figure it out.No place to park!The maintaince men do their best to keep up with the everyday mess and repairs, they have job security.The office staff is so rude it is not fun to deal with them.It really is obvious they don't like the job either.It is a slum!So advice.Don't be fooled by the price, you get exactly what you pay for.Find someplace else your nerves will be much better.Noise is a major problem as well. So buy earplugs.There is no water pressure, often the air conditioner won't work.I don't know but I am glad I don't live there anymore and am happy to say I left and won't refer a single person to that place!
