| Recent Review: | | 21 Kristin Place used to much better around 2001 when I first moved in. The management was friendly and I liked a lot about the place. Things changed over the years due to the change in managment. I have several relatives and friends in the buliding (several of whom I referred myself) and they all share one thought about this place. IT SUCKS IN EVERY WAY!! Honestly, I feel bad about referring them as the quality has dropped so much. The rent might be lower compared to other places but this is no justification to the fact that this place is not worth living. They have no concept of customer service in the rental office and treat customers rudely. There has been more vandalism in the building than I could imagine. They don't do anything when your file complaints about neighbors being loud. Our neighbors had a burglary. People smoked all kinds of "stuff" and you could smell it in the hallway. That smoke would leak into my apartment and I could feel a burning sensation in my throat. They never shampooed the hallway carpets in all the years I was there. Due to this, the hallways STINK and its embarassing to have guests over. Not to mention ROACHES. The exterminator came out once every two weeks and the problem never went away. I guess he was trying to keep his job by keeping the roaches alive in my place. Everyone would always wake up due to the loud sirens of the firestation right across the street. This was especially annoying since we had a baby in the apartment. My baby would always get a shock of a lifetime whenever the sirens went off. This happened a good 20+ times EACH DAY. The management gave me a real tough time about letting me break my lease when previously they had always told me that all I need to do is pay 2 months rent and give them a 30 day notice. At the walk through of my move-out, they charged me several hundered dollars for appliances left "dirty". Actually, the appliances were clean. I never got brand new applicances from them when I moved in and they were discolored to being with. They wouldn't agree and forced me to pay and gave me a bill to pay within a week or face their attorney and collection agencies. I thought this was really cheap on their part.In general, I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to STAY AWAY from Kristin Place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible hell hole. |

| Recent Review: | | Been a resident here for over 6 years. The complex has gone downhill in the past year. Dogs over 50 pounds are now allowed - two to an apartment. I have two 50-75 pd each living on top of me and it is very noisy.The building construction is horrible - the floors squeak - the pipes are loud - I can actually hear the person above me going to the restroom. I do not recommend living on the first floor. The balconies are falling apart, and the appliances and decor are becoming very outdated. They want an additional $250 on top of the already high rent to updgrade the apartment. I haven't seen management put $ into the apartments for several years now. I will not be resigning my lease. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for 10 months now and love it. When moving in management made sure everything was to my liking. Any repairs that needed to be done are done very quickly. The location is great and the price is not too bad, just high enough to keep the riff raff out. Walls are a bit thin-when anyone runs they're water, it's quite loud but you get used to it. The only tiff I have is other tenants dumping they're garbage outside the dumpster even when it's empty because they're too damn lazy to lift the cover. This creates a smelly mess. Overall, a great place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | For a one bedroom 750 sq. foot apt with a washer/dryer - expect to pay a market price of $850.The maintenence of the apartment complex is great with problems being fixed within 24 hours.The pool is acceptable and the workout facility adequate.Parking is a non issue if you don't mind leaving your vehicle in the open.If you have the money - rent here - if you are looking for value - go elsewhere.One awesome option is that they paint an accent wall in your choice of color - I thought this was excellent customer service, plus it let me know that the apartment was repainted with every tenent....can't say that about the carpet! |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for a little over a year. They sometimes have great rent specials. Apts are a little small, but they have a nice variety of layouts. Parking is ample. Management is friendly and eager to address any problems. Maintenance always responded within 24 hours. Excellent fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, and free activities like summer BBQs, yoga, aerobics & kickboxing classes. Property is very clean and well kept. Nice atmosphere for kids. Great place to rent! |
