| Recent Review: | | We have had a good experience in this apartment.The rent is reasonable for the size of our large two-bedroom apartment.We live on the east side of the complex . . . people who live on the west side complain about the noise from the railroad tracks.Our side is pretty quiet.The apartment manager and the maintenence guy are both quite nice.It is about a 7 minute drive to Finch Univ./CMS, and is much cheaper than the complexes right around the campus.Cat friendly. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at this community for several years now and can not say enough good things about the office as well as the maintenance staff.They respond immediately to any needs I may have.I love the fact I have 2 pools to choose from as well a handy fitness center.I love the fact I can walk to the Jewell/Osco. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at this apt. for over a year. all my maintenance problems were always taken care of quickly the office staff was friendly and i didn't find the utility bills to be expensive at all. I paid under a $100 for everything. I think that last person just felt like comlaining. I looked everywhere in this area and this was the best BY FAR. |
