| Recent Review: | | I recently moved far far away from these apartments. (thank god) It was absolutely disgusting, the managment was an absolute joke. Oh and if you do manage to get a repair man from the complex I am warning you they do walk in unexpected. Over the 7 months I had lived there (yes I had to breech the agreement) cars were being broken into every night, tenants and their creepy friends were doing drugs outside and my neighboors seem to be physically abusing eachother. I literally wouldn't be able to go to sleep until 3 a.m. when the screams had stopped. The complex smells like garbage all throughout summer. Do not be fooled by the cute little playground in the middle of the complex. This is no place for children or humans for that matter. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for one year, and that was way too long. By the first week my lease started I was desperate to run away.This is a ghetto. Drugs, gangs, graffiti. You'll find all that here.When I moved here the place was clean. I was paying $825 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. They dropped the rent to $500 and all the garbage moved in. Blowing bags, condom wrappers, dog crap, beer cans, broken glass all over the place. Some seriously cracked out and dangerous people live here. Beware.The parking lot is not safe. Ladies, if you live here alone, buy some pepper spray. It's dark, barely any of the lights outside work.Lots of abandoned cars in the parking lot. Good luck finding a place to park near your apartment after nightfall.My biggest problem has been the management. They're so rude, and the head guy, Randy, is a complete prick. You call them with a concern and problem, you'll wish you hadn't. I've been belittled, called names, and now will be forwarding all correspondence with that asshole and his special frend didi to my attorney.If you're a hard working, honest, decent citizen, save yourself the bullshit and find somewhere else to go in a safer neighborhood. Don't move here to save yourself a buck. It's not worth it. You'll be very sorry.If you like drugs, gangs, or being a complete drunken beligerant imbecile, this is the place for you. You'll enjoy it here. |

| Recent Review: | | For starters when the leasing agent offers you a good deal, be wary. I was oofered $628 a month for a one bedroom and told that the rent would not increase more than $50/month.Instead, they have raised my rent to $785/month.Secondly, there was a flood here a couple of months ago.The damage to their 165 affected apartments was half of a million dollars.It would have cost them only $6,000 for a backup generator.They treated all of the residents like crap when they were in need of some place to stay.The residents were told they would be put up in hotels for the time there apartments were being fixed.The residents were only able to stay in the hotels for 3 days until the leasing agents told them they needed to find someplace else to stay or they needed to pay their own way.This happened 2 months ago, and the apartments are still deemes uninhabitable.Also, the water is turned off daily, and when you do have water, it stinks like well water, and you are lucky if the water is hot water.Half of the time, you need to take cold showers.It took maintence 6 months to fix a water spot on my ceiling, and when they did, they accused me of doing it. The real cause was a leak upstairs that they just found was coming from the toilet, that took alomst a year to figure out.The heat doesnt work in time for the first cold night. You end up freezing for a week before they turn the heat on. I had to call for 3 days in a row, 4 times a day to get a mini heater.I also came home one day to my underwear drawer messed up and a dirty note from a maintenece man whom I only spoke to once.So if you would like to live in ahole, than heres the apartment for you. |
