| Recent Review: | | I lived in one of their downtown apartments and it was great. My apartment was in great condition. I had friends that lived in some of their houses and other apartments, and they were all very well maintained.Great office staff, very easy to work with. Maintenance was fast and helpful. If I were still in Bloomington I would rent from them again.If you want a nice house or apartment in Bloomington, definetly give Omega Properties a call. |

| Recent Review: | | The maintenance here is awful. I have lived here for 6 months and in that time the refrigerator broke, my roomates shower broke and we had the water turned off all day, our garbage disposal broke, the tiles on the floor come up constantly and a pipe on our building has been broken for 3 weeks. They only have one guy who can fix anything. Thats not the only bad thing about living here, the floors and walls are thin, the apartments are shaped so that when wind blows its like blowing over the top of a coke bottle(its very loud-like a siren), and the management seems nice, but they are awful and rude. They dont plow the parking lot in the winter and everything is made out of the lowest quality. They may attract you with nice amenities but dont be fooled!!! DO NOT LIVE IN STERLING!! |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are absolutely amazing! Cherry cabinets, a garden tub, and a garage!WOW!The complex is also very quiet and all of the neighbors are very friendly.Maintenance is prompt and professional, and the leasing and management staff goes the extra mile to take care of anything I need.I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for luxury living at a very reasonable price. |

| Recent Review: | | Sure the Univesity Commons are a great place to go and party, but as far as living there you could not pick a worse place. The pool and the furnished apartments are nice, but the furniture all comes mostly damaged, and then at the end of the year they try to charge you for the damages. You also get fined for everything. No one in my apartment smokes, but if they fine ciggarettes on the ground they feel free to fine you for it. The staff is also extremly unpersonable, they are nice up until the day you sign. The maintainence staff is even worse. I have more than once had a man walk in my room to check smoke detectors, while I am sleeping. Sure they give you fair warning, but they don't give you a time, and I really don't like random people coming in my room in the early mourning while I am asleep.They also fail to fix anything, and when they do fix it they fine you, even if it was previously broken before you move in. You also ride the C-bus to campus which is extremly inconsistant, while one day it may be sitting in front of the commons for 20 minutes, the next it will take off right when you get up to the door. You would think for as much money you pay, that they would be able to fix these problems! Freshman be warned, don't live in the commons. |

| Recent Review: | | The managers are really shady and try to act like "cool" college kids instead of real business men.They cut corners for pretty girls and shade everyone else out of everything.They take forever to fix anything, yet slap you with a ridiculous $70 fee the minute you are late on rent.Would never rent from these low lifes again or reccommend anyone else to do the same.Better apartments in a better location with "real" managers can be found by simply looking around a little bit. |

| Recent Review: | | I have only been here a few years to get my masters degree, but I was treated terrible the entire time. I had no choice but to stay here until I finished up my degree. That ugly old looking hag in the office was always rude, and so were her co-workers.I came into the office to ask a question and she was the only one there. She said she didn't have time to deal with me, led me to the door, opened it and locked it right behind me.James |

| Recent Review: | | I actually subletted a place at Yorktown last summer (2004). Well, the office staff seemed to be very young, and slightly incompetant. The grounds and the pool were not taken care of to say the least. I actually lived on a bottom floor unit and the person above me owned a VERY LARGE dog that would bark into the wee hours of the night. When I phoned the leasing office to form a complaint, they told me it'd be ok because my neighbor worked at the office. Well, needless to say it NEVER got better, only worse.I'd say the worst thing to happen though was the property theft by one of their own maintainance workers! My fiance's X-Box games and a few tv show box sets were stolen by one of the workers. I filed a polilce report , as well as contacted the leasing office but they said they believed their worker and would not compensate us for our loss...NICE! I would stay far FAR away from this place! |
