 This apartment is horrible.We have had 2 floods in our apartment due to lack of maintenance.We have also had both of our cars broken into and stereos stolen (and so have the neighbors).The police are here regularly for all kinds of things.Office staff is completely new every couple of months - resulting in people who have no idea what is going on.Walls are cracking, ceilings leak, bugs have invaded.Management is not concerned with fixing anything.It took 6 calls to office to replace my dishwasher that flooded the kitchen every time I ran it.The floors creak VERY badly.Concrete slab under carpet w/o a pad underneath.Won't keep the trash picked up around the grounds, siding and shutters falling off, poor safety lighting, over grown shrubs.Beware of the low rent - this place is really a dump!
