| Recent Review: | | Well, when I first moved in here in September of 2001, it wasn't too bad.However, I've had issues with some of the maintanence staff.Then, the property manager got relocated and we got an awesome staff.Any time I called, there was someone over that day to fix the problem.Now, the property has been bought out and we have the old property manager.Go figure.I will say this about the old/new manager....she worked with me to keep renting month to month until I move.But i really wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | This is a horrible complex. About every month like clock work something breaks down, hot water, ac, you name it. The police should set up parking as well. Within my first six months I had the cops in my section three times due to my neighbors, who do everything from play loud music to working on there cars until midnight like they had been at their own garage. I would strongly recommend that if your looking for an apartment dont skimp and keep looking. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments/townhomes are close to 30 years old.Great size and design however the office staff and maintenance are a nightmare to work with.We've had atleast 3 different managers within 2 years.I believe they all leave the complex because they're fed up with the condition of Woodland Trace.If something needs repaired in your home...good luck getting maintenance to come fix it.And yet, if you need an appliance repaired....you'll never see the day.You could have them come out and look over your broken appliances whether it be your dishwasher, frig or toilet and they will try anything but to replace it.If you're lucky and do get a new appliance it takes on average....3 months to get it.Communication in the office is horrible, you'll call one day regarding an issue and think you have it solved....yeah right! The next day it's a whole different story.Parking is just about non-existent unless you want to pay $30/month for a carport.If not...good luck!! You'll probably have to walk atleast a block to get to your door!So then there's no lighting in the parking lot...making a long walk from your car to your home misreable if you're a female.I'm not putting this review up because of one tiny incident...there's been atleast 10 different problems I've had with the office/maintenance staff that I believe future renters should be aware of. |
