| Recent Review: | | These apartments are actually condos, some are owned by the complex, some are owned by outside people who rent them out.Many have an option to buy.Ours is owned by an outside source, so our rent is a bit cheaper than than some of the others.They are horrible with maintenance.They almost never shovel the walks or even put salt down.Since the front steps are sloped downward due to settling of the building, I'm nearly in fear for my life when there's ice.We had a bad problem with maintenance letting themselves into apartments whenever they felt like it.A number of tenants complained about items missing.They finally fired the previous maintenance guy, but he still lives in the complex and works for one of the other owners now.They do a half-assed job with painting, especially the hallways, etc.Many of the parents let their kids run wild, drawing on the walls and marking up the stairs and rails.Right now we have the word "BITCH" scratched into our front door and it's been there for months, no one bothering to paint over it.The parking lot is poorly lit, and they are often slow to replace burnt out lights in the corridors.This last winter, they only plowed the lot 2-3 times, and we got lots of snow.At least one of those times, they only drove the plow through the lot, they didn't even clear the actually parking spaces, and they covered the few cars there with snow.We are buying a house in the next month, and we can't wait to get out of here.We can't stand this place, but haven't been able to afford to move until now.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!! |
