| Recent Review: | | these apartments are ok but the lows of the apt. are greater than the apt itself. the managers of the apt. are unprofessional and take advantage of young adults trying to get a start. rich the manager is a lying, self centered, money driven, person. he will try to screw anybody who signs a lease with him, whether it be by keeping your deposit and charging you for extra's that were pre-existing conditions, or by hidden feas or costs..... this apt. complex is by far the worst place i have ever lived in. |

| Recent Review: | | They are ALL about fining you.The place is overrun with dog stuff - very nasty - so now they fine you $50 if they think you didn't pick up after your dog, $75 the second time, evicted the third.If you mess up your checking account and by chance it doesn't clear, $50.If you are late on a rent payment, $50.(Might mention if your check doesn't clear and your rent is late because of that, it's $50+$50, or a $100 fine)You'd think with all the fines, they'd be able to keep the place up, but they don't.The grass never gets cut on time, it's always let go about a week or week and a half longer than it should, and even then, they don't trim, so there are weeds growing up the sides of the buildings.The buildings are falling apart.Just one drive through the complex and you will see something hanging off of every other building.The police are always out for noise disturbances.They refuse to clean the chimneys.If you build a fire during the winter, your place will fill up with smoke, and if you complain about it, they just tell you that "you have to open the flume."Well, no sh*t.We're not idiots, the flumes are open, it's just your P.O.S. building.It took the maintenance guy three different tries to fix my garbage disposal when it broke.My bathroom drain broke, and the stopper often gets stuck in the sink.Rather than spending the $1.50 for a new stopper, they just keep putting the old one back in there.Don't live here.It's overpriced, and there are plenty of vacancies at some very nice apartment complexes. |
