| Recent Review: | | My husband and I have lived at The Woods of Britton for nearly three years. We are leaving only because we are moving to another state. It has been overall a good experience. The office staff are great and always helpful. On one occasion they lost our rent check, but they were very apologetic and took responsibility for it (a rare thing these days for sure!)I always feel safe and comfortable here. The Fishers community as a whole is very safe in my opinion, a great place to raise kids. Although so many other people think so that the schools are a bit overcrowded but that's another story. Nonetheless, everyone is friendly and nice but not intrusive.About once a year a neighbor has a party that's a bit too loud, but that will happen in nearly any neighborhood.The grounds are nice, it sits on a golf course, and we have a beautiful heron that has adopted one of the lakes.The few interactions I have had with maintanence have been prompt and pleasant.They also have a white glove service that I like where they deliver your packages in your apartment for you.The pool and workout center are well kept and up to date.I would recommend it to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | Our experience at Wellington Place has been awful.Their response to security related maintenance problems is terrible.It took them two months to fix the lock on our front door!Our toilet ran for three weeks before they came and it took them two attempts to fix it.We currently have a three week old leaky irrigation pipe in our front yard, causing a river of mud water through the parking lot.When I went to discuss these problems with the office, the manager was condescending and rude.The staff is only friendly until you sign the lease.This place is the worst! |
