| Recent Review: | | Apartmens are OK here. But the management is worst in the history of apartment complexes. We moved into the apartment and there were spiders in the house. We went to the management to tell about this, but she was more inclined to take the deposit money from us. After several trips and weeks finally the pest control guy came. Putting a DISH NETWORK dish is an absolute nightmare here. They want a form filled with picture of how a dish is going to be istalled. Then they keep pushing to get more info from the dish company else they will not approve it. The told me |

| Recent Review: | | Good points: Always plenty of parking. The lady that worked in the office before was extremely courteous (but she is gone now), the apartment itself was clean and ready to go. They do have a scenic view with ducks. Basketball court and tennis court is clean and maintained. The volleyball court and grills appear maintained. The gym in the clubhouse is stocked with great workout equipment. Not much equipment but enough to get a decent workout. There are plenty of possibilities for discounts, but the bad part is the discounts are very minor if anything. They got new ownership and now have credit card payment ability. The maintenence staff is extremely fast and will handle all kinds of repairs quickly.Bad points: the pool they have is smaller than most 2 star hotel hot tubs. The running track they boast about is full of duck crap and doesnt get cleaned off very often if at all by the maintenance staff. A couple of the maintenance staff seems nice. The apartments themselves have multiple outlets in the rooms, however it is a guessing game as to which outlet actually works. And forget about the light switches working. They are literally there for decoration. The manager was extremely distant and sort of snobbish when I talked to her before moving in. After I moved in, she definitely appeared to believe I wasnt worth her time even when saying hello to her. They constantly seem to have a new person working in the clubhouse everytime i go in there, which isnt bad, but for people who like to know someone will stick around in the office, dont count on it here from what it looks like. This really isnt the problem of the complex owners, but random vans and trucks are seen by myself and a couple others parking and watching people particularly the women. After they are spotted or someone makes a noticeable glance at them, they begin to look around as if they are looking for something in the cab or acting like they are talking on a cell phone all of a sudden. then they decide to drive away. Several times after dark, cars creep in the area and drive slow around the block without going to a apartment as if they are looking to abduct someone. Cant say it is that, but all too much coincidence, coupled with a knifepoint holdup a few months back in this complex and a couple friends telling me they were followed by men, doesnt bode well for safety, but once again, the apartment management cant really be held too responsible for that.Overall, it really isnt a terrible experience. Safety is so-so but that is really what one can expect in a city, and the facilities are pretty well maintained outside and inside, except for the guessing game with the outlets. But me personally, I will be gone very soon. I would rather pay a home mortgage for the price of the rent here. |

| Recent Review: | | While Pointe Inverness is an attractive community with a convenient location don't be fooled by the outward attractivness of this community.Pointe Inverness has the worst imaginable management, my guess is their management company has never met their property manager, Julie Berger, as she is perhaps the least reliable, non-customer oriented staff member imaginable. If you require any flexibility, whether it be on your move-out, your move-in, negotiating your ridiculous rent payment, anything, she is as useless as they come.Talk about disrespectful, over my years I steered several friends and many of our company's interns to Pointe Inverness only to receive the cold, ungrateful, and generally rude treatment of a staff that is only concerned with the checks they receive at the beginning of the month. The apartments themselves are average at best, I had a 1 bedroom which was much more cramped than Hunt Club where I previously lived. The layout that I had seemed to minimze the square footage, nothing like 2 years of living in a shoebox.Appliaces are a joke, you might as well get used to washing all of your dishes by hand because the dishwashers are about 20 years past their prime and couldn't clean soap. The road noise is a bit anoying, Interstate 69 in your backyard sucks. The parking lots and the apartments are horribly lit, another fix management refuses to put your exhorbitent rent towards. The fitness center is horrible, a bike, elliptical, tread mill and weight machine might work for a family but is hardly sufficient for a couple of hundred apartments. To top is off, rent is horrible, I had friends living in a 3 bedroom apartment that was as nice as mine for the about the same price I was paying. On the positive side, the complex is attractive and well maintained. The maintenace people are courteous and very efficient, its too bad the office staff can't take a lesson. The porches are also nice, very large and sturdy.Unfortunately, the negatives of this complex turned what I had hoped to be a great living experience into one bad experience after another. If you like dealing with a HORRIBLE staff, small over-priced apartments, and a complex unwilling to improve itself, Pointe Inverness is your place. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been living at Preston Pointe Apartments for 2 years and have seen at least 5 sets of management/employees. I have had jewelry stolen from my apartment, they dont clean the parking lot or sidwalks, the staff is very unprofessional. I would not recommed this place to anyone. They have the police here daily dealing with other residents. They advertise 24 hour maintance but when my only toilet didnt work they let it go all night before fixing it. Laughing at me when I called to report the problem (yes it was still during business hours). The building has been here for 2 years and they have yet to clean the outside of it. My entrance door has not been fixed yet even though I have told them about it. The rain and snow comes in and they dont seem to care. I have an electric heater at the bottom of the stairs by this door and I worry that one of these days I may get electricuted. The ice maker works but will not shut off, the dishwasher does not clean the dishes. I could go on but you can judge for yourself if you want to live here.My lease is up for renewal and I am looking for a new place to live. I dont mind moving in the snow, I know that where ever I decide to go has got to be better then here. |

| Recent Review: | | I only lived here 4 months before moving out, but that was only because I had a job offer in Bakersfield, CA.I'm sure you see my reasoning.Anyway, our neighbors were a bit annoying, but the staff was very understanding and didn't just "take their word for it".They spoke to us about the complaints lodged against us to come to the conclusion that they were false claims. The price is great.Laundry is not in our building tho, was in the building next door. That sucked. |

| Recent Review: | | The management never does what they say they will do.The apartments are not kept well. They need to paint again; they are very cheap people. The rent is expensive, and you get very little for the amount. No parking spaces, no security to over look the apartments. Never rent from WWC. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for about 3 years in a 2 bedroom apartment. I got a great deal and have not had any problems. The office has always been really nice to me, and for the amount of space I have and the area I live in......I'm very happy here. |
