| Recent Review: | | ~ Cons ~1) Complete Unorganization with Regards to Lease Details - I was told all utility bills would be automatically sent in my name to my mailbox, at the signing of my lease.Six months later, when they figured out they'd never forwarded them to me as I'd been told they would and therefore been paying the utilities for not only me but in their own words, "Quite a few residents..." they didn't even have the decency to call me or send me a letter, but rather taped a notice on my door stating I owed them money for utilities and I had to pay or face legal action.Great Job on getting people to sign the dotted line.2) Fines - Oh yes, if you do something that they don't like, you'll get fined.They have trash pickup 3 days out of the week, but make sure you aren't throwing away a box!If it's not in a bag, you guessed it FINE - $25/non-BAGGED item.3) Non-Private Club House Rentals - Want to rent out their luxurious clubhouse?That's fine they will take your money!Oh, but by the way, you don't get to lock the doors because they will run people through your party/meeting no matter what you paid.Why do I ask would you pay again???4) Lost Orders - I called in to get something repaired inside the apartment.They told me someone would be there within 24 - 48 hours.LOL!That was funny.I called back a week later and they said, "Oh, no one called you?"Needless to say they supposedly placed the order again.Over 72 hrs later they came to fix my problem.5) Repairs - It took over three months and 10 calls to the office to fix my dishwasher.You'd put your dishes in and they would come out dirtier!They blamed the hard water every time I called, however within the first 60 seconds of being in my apt, the repair guy informed me that I definitely needed a new dishwasher.6) Not Children Friendly - Children need things to do.There is nothing outside for them to do in this apartment complex.7) It Wasn't Me Complex - Management blames either the past management or the corporate office for problems.~ Pros ~1) I cancelled my lease and move out. (Of course it cost me extra...)2) I've told several people not to live here. |
