| Recent Review: | | I absolutely LOVE my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom at Devonshire.The apartments are brand new and they are gorgeous.If I have a maintenance issue, the problem is promptly fixed.Devonshire has a beautiful clubhouse with a fitness center, a tanning center, a business center, etc.They also rent DVDs!And all this is included in rent!Rent may be higher than some other nearby places, but you definitley get what you pay for here.I have lived at Devonshire for about a year, and plan to live there for many years to come.Definitly recommend this apartment community!!!You will feel so at home there! |

| Recent Review: | | If you're looking for cheap, it's not too bad.Although if you have any money what-so-ever, I'd avoid this place at all costs.The police and/or fire department was there everyday for a month, whether putting out a dumpster fire or arresting one of the mexican neighbors.The apartment itself wasn't horrible, but there were some cabinets we couldn't use because of the stentch & the carpets were new in the 60's.Not an enjoyable experience.In complete honesty, they do allow pets & have spacious closets & bathrooms. |

| Recent Review: | | I just have to say, I am glad I am moving from here in just a few months. Management does its best here, but the tenants already here have their own rules plus sets of standards you don't want to live by.Sounds bother them, such things as TV's or Radio's at normal volume, vacuums, creaking floors, or talking without whispering will cause control factors. Such as, pounding, thumping, banging, stomping, loud annoying sounds, and does include banging on glass windows or doors. I have one who uses rap to annoy us if they do not like if our TV is at even normal volume. I've had to call the local police up to at least 5 times, the abuse continues to this day. I DO NOT recommend anyone to move here. |
