 THIS IS A NASTY, DIRTY PLACE. THERE ARE CRACKHEADS EVERYWHERE. I FOUND A COUPLE OF NEEDLES IN THE PARKING LOT. THEY HAVE ABOUT 1OOO POTHOLES THAT THEY WON'T FIX. MAINTENANCE IS NEVER AVAILABLE. BIRDS FLY INTO YOUR VENTS AND THEY BECOME YOUR NEIGHBOR.
