| Recent Review: | | If I had to describe Bristol Square in one word, it would be AWESOME! I have lived here over 4 years and have received nothing but wonderful service from the management and maintenance teams. Response time is like no other apartment community I have ever lived in! The apartments and townhomes are very spacious and are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Older units have older cabinets and appliances, but they are in decent working condition. Enclosed patio fences could use replacements and/or wood treatment. Noise level is kept to a minimum and there are very few altercations in the community. Grounds are very well cared for during all seasons (including snow removal services in winter). Each unit has a reserved parking space for up close parking. Did I say this place is AWESOME??? |

| Recent Review: | | Everyone I know likes it here. $560 for a two bedroom isn't what I call overpriced.The management "stole" the grills from patios after sending a letter to all residents asking them to clean their patios and take their grills indoors by a certain date. Annoying, yes, but not any different from any other apartment complex trying to do something about messy decks.The floors are hardwood and there are lots of windows. The courtyards are peaceful, the squirrels are friendly, it's a walk to the grocery store or record store or clubs.I don't have a dishwasher, and my drain clogs sometimes, but these are my worst problems. |

| Recent Review: | | Beware from my bad experience . I was told at the time of signing the lease that i would have to pay just one month rent if i break the lease. But when i had to break the lease because of change of job, they started harsing me with a 'Accelerated rent' due amount , saying that i will have to pay a accelerated rent for the period the apartment is empty during the lease period. SO BEWARE !! READ THE LEASE < SHOW IT TO ATTORNEY OR BEST AVOID LIVING THERE !! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in several apartment buildings and complexes.This is by far the worst.I grew up on the south side of Chicago, so I saw several housing projects.This place is maybe a half a step above living in the projects.The management staff is a joke.I had to call them everyday for two straight weeks to get my air conditioner fixed.The first day I moved in a plastic ceiling tile in my kitchen fell and hit me in the head.It took a full week for them to come and replace it, and when they did it fell again.The apartments are small and very unkept.It doesn't seem like they put a lot of effort into getting them ready for the next tenant, once the previous renter moves out.I would almost rather be homeless than live here ever again. |

| Recent Review: | | i have lived there for 7 months and there has been 3 different management companies.maintance has improved due to new managment but living conditions are still poor.neighbors are rude and nosey.pool is small.surroundings look dirty and unmaintained.the walls are thin.there is alot of mold in bathroom.the laundry room is absolutley filthy and expensive.i have had two loads of laundry and a laundry basket stollen from the laundry room on site.for the conditions they ask to much for rent.the location is nice because its close to 456 and avon shopping.my carpet is probably 20 years old, the paint on the wall is cheap and wipes off, the kitchen and bathroom floors are probably 20 years old as well...discusting.the windows are probably 20 years old too.the insullation is poor. |
