| Recent Review: | | Management is terrible.They seriously don't care about their residents, they're just trying to make money off of us.You have to pull teeth to get them to take care of noise disturbances because they simply do not want to deal with it.I highly recommend not living here.Unless you're a criminal.Then it's ok. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved to Lockefield Gardens (off Indiana avenue) mainly because it is walking distance from IUPUI campus, downtown, canal, white river, Clarian hospitals, Starbucks, Hollywood video, a big food court... The area is also well served with Indygo buses. Very quiet place too. Mostly students and medical staff live here.There is two kind of buildings. I would not recommend the old ones(mainly because of how they look) but the new ones are really nice. Two bedroom apartments are very affordable but getting a 1 bedroom over here is a real luxury. I know it is downtown area but this is too much. I pay $628 a month for a nice big apartment. Pets are also welcome but you have to pay the deposit. They have nice maintainance stuff but leasing office people are not as friendly but don't worry, you see them only once a month.Safety...hmm...i am comfortable walking around here at night but still, my bycicle got stolen from the hallway.The kitchens are not new and the old washers and dryers are horrible. However, I still love this place and I definitely recommend it to you |

| Recent Review: | | Awesome apartment.But due to the location of my apartment my couch was not able to fit through the apartment hallway.So the hotel management said that they would swing it through the bay window.They assured me that this was something they had done numerous times.During the move of the BRAND-NEW couch in and out of my apartment, it was ripped and torn on the arms of the couch and along the edges where it was wedged and scraped along the window frame.When I showed one of the men, his reply was, "We got it out of the apartment, didn't we?"If not for that experience and the lack of caring from the management staff, I would have stayed and leased for an indefinite amount of time. |

| Recent Review: | | keep looking. these apartments are horrible. i have wanted to move out since the day i moved in. this place is run by drug dealers. there family lives on sight and when the cops question people looking for a certain car that is in here the management sends them to the other end of the apartments. the cops questioned some of my friends about a car the managers told them was on my end of the complex, and i have seen the car and heard about them selling drugs and it is not at my end of the apartments. there protecting there dealers, there family. |

| Recent Review: | | Looks can definitely be deceiving.When I first moved in, I thought this would be a nice area to live in.Little did I know that rent would constantly go up while the property would go down.If you consider putting a lil paint on doors and hallways a major renovation, then this is your sopt.It doesn't even make any sense to call maintenance because they'll never come.Managment is terrible and extremely lazy.It doesn't make any sense.I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.It'll be a piece of trash in the next couple of years and the rent will probably still continue to go up.If you're going to have rent that high, you should have a quality of service to match.To all current residents:GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Meridian Shoreland about nine months ago, and I was completely mislead.The floorplans are nice, but the apartment itself is not.My sinks have clogged and overflowed repeatedly, and I was told it was because the sinks and the dishwasher can't have any grease in them.How do you wash dishes without getting some grease down the drain?Secondly, my fiance and I have heard gunshots outside more than a few times, which really makes us uncomfortable when they take their time on securing the locks on the gates once they are broken.The gate to the parking lot has been stuck open for about a week now, and the gate to go into the apartment itself was missing a lock completely for about a week as well.Then there was the breakin two doors down a few months ago, the stench of weed in the hallways, the steaming hot rooms, because you only have one window ac which they put a thermostat limit on, so it doesn't really cool anything down.The worst part was two nights ago when the police showed up and literally took a battering ram to the door next to us.I'm not sure what went on exactly, but it makes me feel even less safe. |

| Recent Review: | | Monon place in broad rippleLooks great on paper.Lokks great from outsidegreat locationvery bad servicerude office staff.parking no problemsindside of apartments - old, rusty nails hanging out waiting for your skin, bad carpet and windows. overall inside looks like a dump. Dont get deceived by the model house they show you.This place was bought from another apt complex 5 yrs ago and they had to rename it. otherwise no one would come here to live. The first task they did after renaming is to decorate and remoddel the exterior. NOT THE INTERIOR.Final word...DONT GET DECEIVED BY THE GOOD EXTERIOR, AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are owned by Stallard and Assoc.If there's ever anything wrong you might as well figure it out yourself because they will never get around to it.I called there emergency line to tell them that there were brown recluses outside of my windows and front door.Instead of telling me they'll get right on it the guy yells at me.Tells me he doesn't know what a brown recluse is but he's sure it's not that big of a deal.Even after I told him it's only the deadliest spider here in Indiana he didn't seem too concerned.Instead he tried to make me feel like a moron.They came 3 days later to spray for the spiders.I've lived here for 7 months now and there has been a leak in my basement.We've gotten to the point of writing down the dates and times we've called to ask them to repair it.At last count it was 13.So we've decided that if they don't give us our deposit back were going to have to throw it in there face.Also, and this is our fault too, we didn't get the gas put in our names.We didn't need it so we just told them to cut it off.Instead of doing so they kept it on, charged us for it and then when we realized what was going on we called right as the lady was on her way out the door to evict us.We had no clue untill they sent us a bill for 3 months of gas that we weren't using.I know your probably like, how could you live without gas.Well, my roomates and I work a whole lot.We're only home to go to sleep.All of our parents lived not too far so we'd go to there house wash cloths and shower or what not and get on with our day.Back to the complex though, if your desperate this is your place but I'm never renting from Stallard again. |
