| Recent Review: | | I moved in to this apartment after it was remodled.I assumed the management would want to make any important repair as soon as possible to maintain the condition of the apartment.My bedroom, closet, and hallway flooded from a pipe in the wall.It took them 2 weeks to get a plumber in to fix it.(They wanted to have thier handy person, who has little knowledge of pumbing, look at it first.It took several days before the handy person even came by to look at it.)Now my carpet is ruined and moldy.They will not reimbuse for the items in my apartment, which were ruined as a result of thier delay in fixing the problem.This has happened more than once.Two months after this started I still have LARGE holes in my bathroom and bedroom closet walls.I have to keep my cat out of these areas so she won't climb into the wall.Imagine if I had children!I now I have bugs coming into my apartment from these holes.The area is not safe and is noisy.Several times there have been arguments outside between 9pm and 3am with individuals discussing how they plan to hurt each other and the tools they will use to do so.Don't let the low cost and location draw you in.Avoid this place. |

| Recent Review: | | I actually do not live at North Haven but recently visited.As driving by the property it was very beautiful.I decided to stop in and take a look at their 2 bedrooms.The floorplan was great! The only problem I had with the place was the office staff.The young lady I worked with was bad mouthing other properties around the area while she was showing me the apartment.Being in the sales profession I took that as very unprofessional.However, I did find a wonderful community where the office staff was great and the apartments were beautiful. |

| Recent Review: | | Dear Readers, This is one of the worst apartment I have ever rented.If you are African American, Chinese, Hispanic, Indian or of any other race, DON'T EVEN THINK TO LIVE HERE.They will make your life miserable.They will allot you apartment in the worst location, if you ask for a specific apartment, they will tell you that its already rented.And don't get surprised to see a white tenant next day.They have the rudest people in office staff.When you moveout, they will charge you for used carpet, food smell and almost every possible crooked idea they have.They have a totally different rules and regulations for people of different race. You will see a car broken every other week. I also heard the rumor that one of the person in maintainance staff is facing legal case for sexual harrassment. Trust me and you will thank me later.I am so relieved after leaving this place (although I paid $1500 for used carpet and hard water layer in bathroom) |

| Recent Review: | | I have been very thorough in looking into different apartments to move into. I have a set list of questions that I ask all the different complexes. I asked what the student discount was. They said 10%. I said that's pretty good considering most have been $30 off a month or something along those lines. We even chatted a bit about it and she said, "yeah I know, it's a pretty good deal". It's a good deal because it doesn't exist. I went in today to fill out the application and to put a hold on an apartment and now they are telling me that the student discount is only 5%. That's a huge difference. I informed them that that was not what I was told but she replied that 5% would be all that I would be getting.I had my checkbook ready in hand for this apartment but I'll be taking my business to Latitudes now.There are better places in town than this place that is located right next to the loud interstate, railroad tracks, and a trailor park. |

| Recent Review: | | This place here. Whew, boy, were can I start off. Ok. First I guess I`ll go back to the beginning where I paid a high deposit. I was so desperately wanting to stay in this apartment,that I didn`t bother to read the fine print. First, apartment leases here don`t go from 12 months and after that,month to month,but instead they go year to year.Second, they take dogs, no matter how big, and you can certainly tell. There is dog sh** all in the back. Of Course Maintenace is always out there, but there is just too much of it to clean up sometime. Do you love long hot showers? Well, Don`t move here then. You try and take a long hot shower past 10 minutes,IMPOSSIBLE!! It immediately turns cold after 7 minutes. Dishwasher is crappy, they need to remodel the inside of the apartments because the cabinetry and appliances look like they are from the 70`s.Some of the Maintenance staff is ok(ie. There`s a guy with a purple truck that`s really quick,forgot his name though) But you do have a few assholes on the team. Payment plans are somewhat convienient. You can pay w/credit card,check or money order. They don`t charge you a late fee until the 5th of the month so that`s a plus.But if you don`t have rent by the 10th they take you to court.It used to be able to work out things (as far as rent goes)with the manager, but I guess she got tired of it and she takes everyone to court on the 10th. Free cable? HELL NO!! It`s more like cable at a reduced rate included in your rent.All in all if they gave they renovated this apartment, I think it would be much better than now. But if you want to move here because of all the glory they give about the clubhouse or the complex alltogether?No, It`s a scam to get you here. Clubhouse is overrated. When looking here, ask to go into a vacant apartment and not the model homes and try to have them walk you around the clubhouse.Just a bit of advice.. |

| Recent Review: | | Everything about this apartment is perfect.It's HUGE (I can do cartwheels in my living room), the windows are floor to ceiling and it is always bright and sunny.The maintenance is incredibly and fast too - I called to complain about a leaky garbage disposal when I first moved in and when I came home from work there was a maintenance notice on my counter saying they had replaced the disposal.It is safe, everyone is friendly (especially at the concierge), parking is never a problem, I can walk downtown or to all the restaurants and shops on Mass Ave, I'm approximately 30 seconds from the highway so it takes me about 10 minutes to get to work on the East side... it's just perfect.And the price is awesome too considering the size and location of the place.Compared to other downtown apartments this is the best deal.Definitely live here. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst place I have ever rented from. Sure, the prices are good, the location is GREAT, and the apartments are a nice size, but none of that makes up for the horrible management! I lived here for 2 years and NEVER had a working dishwasher (which I paid for), everytime you make put in a maintencance request, they complain and take 1-2 days to come out and fix it.. unless it's the weekend and then it takes MUCH longer. If you complain about bugs and spiders they can take up to a week to come spray and then they do a horrible job so you have to call weekly! Not to mention that the leasing agents have HUGE attitude problems. They do not treat you like a customer should be treated. They are rude and inconsiderate yet expect respect in return.As far as saftey goes, there is none. Sure they have security systems but they don't work. I lived here for a year and a half before I realized my smoke detector was not wired correctly! The only thing that kept criminals out was my Chihuahua!Good luck finding a parking spot if you come home anytime after 7. They let 5 grown people live in a 2 bedroom apartment and each has a car so you have to park a block away and walk to your door.Finally, when they place residents, they use racial segregation. they put all the whites on one side, blacks on the other, and hispanics in the middle so you get NO interaction with any differnt cultures! |
