Recent Review:I loved my apartment! This location is great and the buidling is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly they take care of maintenance requests very promptly. They really take the time to make sure their residents are happy. For everything that you get, the rates are pretty reasonable.I would recommend the Continental Towers at Vermont Place to anyone.
73. Villa Paree
6111 Allisonville Rd.
Indianapolis  IN, 46220
13.0
Recent Review:I have been here for a few years now and have finally decided to call it quits. The location is very convenient for those who enjoy a close proximity to Broad Ripple and the rent is fairly reasonable, but other than that I can say very little for Villa Paree. I have had several problems with insects inside the apt. over the last 4 years, not to mention noisy neighbors. The walls are also a bit too thin! The management responds in a timely manner to concerns voiced to them and parking is always close to your apt, but pets are not allowed and car ports must be rented out a full year at a time instead of month to month. Cockroaches were my worst problem here.
74. Walden
3120 Nobscot Dr
Indianapolis  IN, 46222

Recent Review:Walden was nice for a while. We kept our apartment clean, so we had no bug problems or anything like that. The office changed management 3 times in 2 years, and the current management is doing a great job.Maintence is pretty good, you have to keep on top of the office to get them there on time. There are a lot of families in the complex, and not a lot for the kids to do, so at times, they turn to vandalism, which is not good.Parking rules are not enforced, so sometimes it is a hassle getting a spot, especially if you live on the court as I did.The pool isn't maintained very well, and only open short hours, so don't even think of a night swim. The tennis court never had a net in 2 years, and the basketball court didn't have a rim until a few months ago.All in all, it isn't a bad place for the money that you pay.I wouldn't make it a life-choice, but for 1-3 years, it's nice. The shade and quiet of it is nice also.

76. Waterstone Apartments
6710 Hollow Run Circle
Indianapolis  IN, 46214

Recent Review:We lived in this complex for 2 years. The first 6 months were wonderful. Then we kept noticing water - in the second bathroom, in our bedroom, in the second bedroom (we lived on the 1st floor). They were always prompt in having someone come out and clean the carpets etc... This happened a few times but seemed to be fixed. After we signed our second lease it got worse. Then it started smelling moldy, no on could figure out what was wrong. We complained since my husband is allergic to mold. Finally they told us that the foundation was cracked and the water was coming through there. They agreed to give us another apartment, but we had to move ourselves and it was the week before our wedding, then they were upset that we were not done in 2 days. When we cleaned out the 2 nd bedroom we dicovered mold growing on our furniture. When they had come to check for water in that room they did not move the furniture and check for water along both outside walls. Then a month or so later we someone moving into our old apartment (we had been told that it would tkae at least 6 months to fix the problem). I am not sure if they ever fixed it. We were never apoligized to for the inconvience or problems, in fact they acted like they did us a favor by allowing us to move. Waterstone lived up to its name.

Recent Review:1. Don't go month to month, not only is it the $100 more the lease specifies but " fair market rent" is a crock. It is not what you can rent it for, it is an arbitrary # supposedly before specials.Count on $150 more, not $100.2.If the building is falling apart when you move in, it will be just the same when you move out.Be sure to see your building, not one of the good ones.3.Maintenance is a laugh--they try but don't succeed in fixing things.4.Ants!!!!What can I say.
