 French Quarters are apartments financially designed for low income families,,the area is very high in crime and the land lord will not let you view the apartment prior to renting, the upkeep is low and you are likely to walk into your new home with stained carpet and a water damage bathroom.This is in no way a family welcoming environment and would not recomend this place to anyone.The only pro to the properties would be the rent.
