| Recent Review: | | The leasing office is great to work with!I have always felt very welcome and whenever I needed help or questions one of the ladies would always do what they could.The apartments are very nice and if something needs fixed one of the workers will always come right away and take care of it.I even saw one of the office ladies vacuuming because she cared so much about the appearance of the hallways!They are very understanding and will not try to take advantage of you.They are very personal and yet know when to keep out of your way.They will never enter your apartment without asking, and are always around if you need anything.I highly recommmend these great apartments/townhomes. |

| Recent Review: | | My wife and I currently live in Shenandoah West.We love many things about the apartment.The rooms are very well laid out.We have one of the biggest bathrooms I have ever seen, a huge balcony, and the apartment is very cheap.However, this place isnt perfect.For most of our lease parking wasnt bad, but in the last few months if you are the last one in, usually after 10pm, you have to park on the other end of the parking lot.This isnt a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience.Maintenance on the other hand has been a serious frustration of mine.To start from the beginning, when we first moved in, they were in the apartment to fix something while I was gone.When I got back I found they had urinated all over the toilet and on the bathroom floor.I dont mean missed a little, but a lot of urine.So much so that I dont think they got any in the toilet.Any time they are in the apartment, they leave something dirty.Our apartment has electrical problems, has blown a dozen light bulbs in the living room overhead light in the last four months.The head maintenance guy told me vibrations were the problem&vibrating electricity and the cars driving by outside.He was very serious and proceeded to give me a 20 minute lecture on this vibrating electricity.To make a long story short, if you want something fixed here you are either going to have to do it yourself or have them come over at least 5 times before anything happens.The water is so hard the dishwasher doesnt get the dishes clean.Not to mention it is a cheap one that doesnt work very well.We have tried everything, and they always seem to come out dirtier than they go in.I suggest you use the dishwasher for storage, and not to wash dishes.Also, I have a neighbor on the other wall of my bedroom&6 inches from the head of my bed.She likes her radio LOUD and at 6 am, EVERY morning.You can hear everything here.Carpet is falling apart and they refuse to do anything about it.They either didn't clean the carpets before I moved in or they cleaned them, then did the drywall work.I have been here 11 months and STILL get drywall dust in my vacuum....have to clean the filters after every time I vacuum.In summary, this is an ok place to live.I have seen better, but I havent seen as much space for the price.Maintenance responds very quickly but rarely fixes anyhting.Just be aware of what you are getting into. |

| Recent Review: | | We found them to be downright terrible.They will tell you things in person and then lie later about it.Their washer/dryers are awful and hardly ever work- even though you pay $25 a month for the 'privilege' of having the junk heap.Management changes all the time!!We even went to the owner of the apartment complex over our issues with them and even he was rude and not helpful.I think the buildings are not well maintained since insulation is terrible and things fall apart in the apartments.The grounds may look nice but watch out if you ever step outside-you'll step into a pile of dog sh%^.Overall, I say avoid this place at all costs!!!! |
