| Recent Review: | | I moved here because of their pet-friendly policy. However, some dog owners took that to mean they could let their dogs go anywhere, sometimes without a leash. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, maintenance was definitely sub-par.I had a leaky ceiling the entire time I lived there. They'd patch it every few weeks, and it wasn't the prettiest job.Windows definitely need to be updated too - really poor insulation.I had good and bad neighbors. The latter were generally just noisy at all hours. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment and management company completely disrespected us while we lived there. We were treated as stupid people and talked down to. My fiancee and myself are both professionals, with bachelor's degrees and hold good jobs. The management company was aweful in regard to customer service, and maintence. The apartment windows were over 30 years old, and flooded with watre durnig a bad storm. The management company was not helpful in this matter and ignored our calls and requests. We also had instances where other residents were caught "dumpster diving" |

| Recent Review: | | Quiet community - mostly retirees - and hope it stays that way.Spacious inside with front and read entrances/exits and patio area.Priced reasonably for mid-income persons. My 1,500 sf 2bed/2bath is $650.00 per month. The office manager, Rebecca, knows me by name, b/c I have made it known, in a 'good' way.She is Very cordial.Maintenance requested is usually completed within 1 or 2 weeks...depending on urgency and availability of maintenance worker.Minimal insulation, even with quiet tenants above me, I can hear bass from low-volume television, sometimes can actually 'hear' entire conversations, children running/crying, if there is no noise buffer in my place.Meet your neighbor and communicate, can be worked out.Parking is not the best, but there are garages available for an additional $60.00 per month.Having problems with people parking and leaving relatives vehicles virtually abandoned.Lighting is not good behind my apartment building nor in the parking area at the end of my building.I have requested flood lights/outdoor lighting and not completed yet...probably won't as enough time for this work has passed.Regularly groomed landscaping.Driveway suffering in my area, with potholes and rough spots...nearest to Slate Run Elementary & known as the "new" section.Appliances older...small refrigerator and dishwasher doesn't even have a Jet Dry container.Wallpaper in bathrooms looks like clearance/grandma pattern and colors. When asked to have removed and painted, the painter just painted over the wallpaper (looked worse) b/c had been wallpapered directly onto drywall.Pool in older section of townhomes/apts, that I don't use.Not well kept (slimey/green color), nor well-supervised...the couple of times I drove by.No Dogs.Cats welcome with non-refundable security deposit, although lease states No Pets.Owners are selling off older section of townhomes/condos and quite possibly this section with garages will be sold in the future.I don't believe they are spending money on fix-ups any more than necessary. |
