| Recent Review: | | There are 4 2-bedroom apartments in our stairwell but there are only 5 cars for the residents in it. You'd think that this would been lots of parking. You'd guess wrong though. One of the buildings next to us has NO parking anymore outside of one of its stairwells. Another stairwell has a man who has several children and they have a total of 7 vehicles. There is NO system of establishing parking spots for the apartments so I've ended up having to park many blocks away from my apartment if I come home anytime after dark. The management does not see this as a problem since we should have plenty of parking; which we would if they would limit the number of cars allowed per apartment. Their only solution for us was for us to PAY THEM for a carport. The problem with this is that the carports are too small for our SUV and the carports are also always full of vehicles who haven't paid to use them because the rest of the lot is full. |

| Recent Review: | | The city of noblesville is becoming extremly over crowded.The street that this apartment is located on is a pot hole filled piece of dump and as you are trying to turn into your complex, other cars our bulleting to hit you on purpose.There are hundreds of dump trucks that drive up and down the road that make this a nightmare to drive on.In the past year, I have had neighbors that were drug addicts, child abusers, wife beaters, hookers, and club strippers. I have also seen neighbors that play their music loudly in attempts to bury the entire complex with their bass.Sometimes mysterious cars drive around the complex late at night looking for trouble with their lights off.Although, noblesville is ranked low in crime, crime somehow always finds itself to this apartment complex.In the past year their has been 2 murders. Regardless, that the incident was a contained circumstance and the killers were found three months later. It still haunts me that the killers chopped the people into little pieces at Rivers Edge.Now about the people of Rivers Edge.The kids try to keep to themselves, but mostly, many of the older kids are pushy and tend to always play in the streets and hit cars on purpose.Don't try talking to strangers around here.Now for security. Generally if you need the police, they're at your doorstep in less than 2 minutes.Pizza Delivery is usually just as fast.There is no security in the complex. However, some very nice officers actually live in the complex. Thank God for the Noblesville police department.As for advice:This apartment complex can be nice and affordable living.Buy a shovel, because they don't plow tillNoon or sometimes the next day. Invest in some form of personal protection. Also, know where all the sex offenders live in the complex.The maintenance is pretty nice, but don't expect them to begin fixing anything till a week later. I gave up calling for them.Parking can be a tight squeeze, especially if there are kids around and you don't want to run them over.The apartments are very nice looking on the outside and are nice on the inside. The painting can be a bit shotty, but who really cares? Almost all of the apartments and townhomes, in this complex, look different on the inside.If none of this bothers you, feel free to move in. |
