 The apartment complex will draw people in with their slightly cheaper rates and a variety of utilities included in the rent.After these initial perks, the value of living here is vastly diminished.A major problem here is the inability to maintain a maintenance staff.Often the apartments are neglected of little things that over time have made the apartments unenjoyable.If your apartment has a problem you will be lucky to get anything fixed.Numerous times there is no staff on the grounds and the apartment manager makes no attempt to get things corrected.Various problems with the apartments include(but not limited to): poor and leaking plumbing, thin floors and walls, outdated fixtures and unclean apartments, inadequate grounds and lawn maintenance, utilities being shut-off without notice, etc.
