						Recent Review: L & M Properties is a management company for various slum lords in the city.They buy old complexes that are about to be condenmed and fix them up just to pass the city code inspection.They rent them cheap (especially to young college students), and don't maintain them.When check-out time comes, they charge you for various damages and don't refund your security deposit.Please get a lawer to review their leases BEFORE you sign anything.
